We answer every message ourselves, usually within two working days.

For questions about an order, include the email address you used at checkout. For custom licenses, tell us the family, where the fonts will be used and roughly how many people, sites or apps are involved.

Can I try the fonts before buying?

Yes. The tester on every typeface page uses the full character set. For layout tests in your own software, write to us and we send trial files for non-commercial use, valid for 30 days.

I need a license that is not listed.

For more than five computers, more page views, several apps or a company-wide license, write with the numbers and we reply with a price, usually the same week.

Can I get an invoice with our company details?

The receipt from checkout includes your company name and VAT number if you enter them. For a corrected invoice, reply to the receipt email.

Do you offer student or nonprofit prices?

Students get the desktop license for any family at half price. Write from your school email address.
