Refunds
Fonts cannot be sent back, so we refund in a few clear cases.

When we refund
- Wrong license: you bought a desktop license and needed web (or the other way round). Write within 30 days and we swap it, refunding any difference.
- Bought twice: a duplicate order from the same person or company is refunded in full.
- Files do not work: if a font does not install or render and we cannot fix it within 14 days, we refund it.
How to ask
Reply to your receipt email, or write to us with the order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. When we refund a license, it ends, and the files must be deleted.
