When you visit
This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other servers. The type tester keeps the text you type in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there on the next page. It is never sent to us. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, page, time) for up to 30 days to deal with errors and abuse.
When you buy
Checkout runs on our payment provider’s page. They receive your name, email address, billing country and payment details, and send us your name, email address, company details if you gave them, and what you bought. We use these to send the files and updates, to answer questions and to keep tax records for as long as the law requires.
When you write to us
We keep your messages as long as we need them to answer and to keep a record of license agreements.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to the email address on the contact page.
